Zephyr arrives Emeryville w/ UP loco leading

Amtrak Train 5 arrived endpoint Emeryville with UP 8901 leading followed by 206 & 189. Must have been breakdown of one Amtrak loco unless a collision disabled a p42 loco enroute. If a breakdown I am embarrassed by the reliability of Amtrak power. Time for Wick Moorman to take bids for power replacement. Before EPA creates a tier 5 emission standard. Cal-P
