Yes Rio Grande Pacific owns Thunder Mountain Line (TML). The Thunder Mountain Line was operated on the Idaho Northern & Pacific Railroad tracks. Idaho Northern & Pacific (INPR) is also owned by Rio Grande Pacific.

The whole branch line that INPR operates is over 100 miles long (Payette, ID to Cascade, ID) The TML operated on two separate sections, 1. Horseshoe Bend to Banks 2. Cascade to Smiths Ferry. Currently INPR only operates trains from Payette, ID to Emmett, ID, the rest of the line to Cascade is dormant (all of the sections where the TML operated).

Horseshoe Bend was the main office and depot. The run out of Horseshoe Bend was about 14 miles long. MP 49.64 to MP 63.88

The Cascade operation (called Payette River Flyer the last 2 years) was about 16 miles long. MP 99.11 to MP 82.71

At one time in the TML operation a train from Houseshoe Bend to Cascade was offered with a bus ride back "down the mountain" from Cascade to Houseshoe Bend. That ended in about 2008.
