You forgot about Portland, where the train stops at the terminal.
Once again, the geniuses of Seattle apparently are planning to fail, making it so you have to walk 1/4 mile dragging your luggage. They mumble some bullcrap about security. OK, if that's a real issue, then explain how cars and trucks can drive right up to the terminal.
Obviously the people who design the system have no intention of using it. You get off of Sounder and have to walk up the stairs, across a busy street, across a plaza, then back down another set of stairs.
Hey Sound Transit! Why do you spend a couple million bucks on a study of whether or not people like to walk? I'll bet that for only 3 or 4 mill, your consultants can tell you that most folks would rather avoid a long walk.
As for the voters... Well, we are aware of what you're doing, and wonder why in the hell it's taking so long. Trust me, the latest Sound Transit funding proposal will be "Sound"ly defeated at the polls. You'd be better off to save the money you'll waste promoting it.
Until you get a clue, and start doing things differently, you'll get no sympathy from the voters.
