Although I don't know the actual track number anymore that appears to be the spur off the Redwood Harbor Lead that went to Accoustalite (I'm positive those box cars are pulls from Accoustalite). At the end of the scene is a door for a tire distributor who would get cars spotted on the lead and they'd roll the tires down a ramp and into the building.
