You do know that this is actually a railroad discussion site, right?
So, if you don't like that complex language or jargon that railroaders use, or are not interested in RR's and trains, or the people who work on them, or the people who like them, you do know that you may be at the wrong site for you, right?
If you really didn't really come here because you care about or want to learn about trains, you might want to consider another site to troll.
If you are an actual train fan, who did come here because you like trains, rather than some useless whining troll, and you don't actually understand all that complex "RR" jargon, then why don't you simply just ask what that jargon means?
There are plenty of very knowledgeable folks on this Board, with thousands of collective years of RR employment, and as very well informed railfans, with an abundance of knowledge, that will be happy to answer any real questions you might have, and be able to tell you about the meaning of these things, and even educate you.
There are even whole sections on Wikipedia, and on dozens of other RR sites, you can google and search for the answers to these things, too.
