12-car Surfliner with mix of Superliners and Horizons running??

Hello, apparently there is a super long (I think its 12 cars?) Surfliner running this weekend, for I assume, Comci-Con? Here is the consist per trainorders post:

Does anyone know what train number(s) is/are using this set? I'd like to see this.
Also, this seems weird, as passengers in the Superliners cannot access the Horizons, that is, if the Superliners are open to revenue service.
