The purpose of dis-information is to disinform. There are a number of adopted easement standards for joint use of active rail rights of way, including clearance for safety and access. These appear to be what is being discussed. Some people appear to be making a "controversy" out of this? I'm personnally shocked that in a heated political campaign, that people would do that? Are the usual suspects are out presenting their conspiracy theories again?
