The ranting of raging indignity from a blabbering fool, who either actually believes that nonsense, or is just another troll spreading horse manure is, I guess to be expected.
Some of these poor desperate dumbf##k's who do commit suicide by train actually also seem to believe your horse crap urban myth, and stupidly stand there in the true belief that their poor suffering loved ones will be taken care of, too. And so, if your are really so damned concerns of the cost of trains delayed and public services, why do you propagate this horse crap urban myth?
Now, I know you're going to point to that recent jury award for that f##king idiot who was trespassing making movies, and got himself run over on that bridge, after being told no.
But, you see, in that way, it's exactly like the "big payoff" in the lotto, if you are killed trespassing or driving in front of the big choo-choo, your chances of winning that big payoff, is about as good as your odds on the Powerball tonight.
And, on this example of the very rare occasions of stupid "winning" one of these dubious suits, with a poor defense, a good opposing lawyer, and a "lucky" jury, I'm still taking bets that say that on appeal the RR is very likely to win, and have that judgement thrown out.
Ask the film company in the Burbank derailment, caused by the actions of their employee, just who ended up paying who, when ML took them to court, and won.
The next of kin are probably far more likely to get a bill from the City for fire and paramedics in CA. I'd send them a bill for train delay, too. Hell, they might have some assets to claim..... And for that reason, we at least file a claim against the ones we hit in Santa Barbara, San Clemente, or Del Mar...?
