It is very uncomfortable to see a few post on the last couple of weeks bashing train crews, without knowing what was going on, for real.

Last year, I took a last minute emergency trip on Metrolink from Oceanside to San Bernardino and there was no late trip back to Oceanside... A Metrolink "Conductor Harvey" on the San Bernardino Line showed me the way from San Bernardino back to Oceanside via the Orange County line thru LAUPT. Despite a previous train hitting a car that day, he managed to have his train on time and I made it for my connection in LA.

We need more guys like him.
