So can you show many any funding document where Dumbarton was funded and almost built, and stolen by the nefarious BART, or is that just another one pulled from the usual source? Because, I don't see to recall anything about that, and I can't seem to find that anywhere? Which Counties involved included this in their sales tax measure? Which TIP did they include Federal or State funding for that Dumbarton rebuild in? Because it sure sounds a little like you may have been huffing little too much exhaust from an Alco on that claim, short load.....
