That is interesting, so they actually were able to put it in the TIP, for at least one TIP cycle? So I guess I was wrong about that, if they got that far.
That's interesting, I've seen that happen, with a project or two, where they begin the process, but then just as suddenly disappear. sometimes when the Feds, the CTC, or the AQ agencies ask, where the rest of the funding is coming from.
I've been through the "reasonably available funding" debate, ad nauseam with the feds and the AQ people, over "counting" the use of private investment through PPP's, toll funding mechanisms, and expected ROI for bond repayment.... In the end, it was pulled from the TIP, and became an "un" project....due to an obvious failure to find the necessary political support to begin to put together anything close to the additional funding needed,
