MOP Armstrong is the fairly new SLO MOP/MRO.He thinks he outranks the GCOR and main line authority giving by Dispatchers. Drives a white ford pickup and wears a knitted all white cap and 50' style glasses. Always efficency testing crews out here on the coast.
Speed gun, banner test, form b unannounced test. Crews love em!
