My favorite, or should I say most irritating, is "solutions". Nobody has a product anymore. No, they all try to sell you solutions. Yeah, well solutions are like a$$holes... everybody's got one. I could walk into the worst bar in town or interview a prison population, ask them anything, and everybody there would have a different "solution". Sorry, if you're gonna try to sell me something, you're going to have to tell me how great your
product is!
