Trainman:
"BNSF 4068... East has authority.... to pass....... red absolute.... at UP at Rochelle... by complying with instructions in the box....... Eastbound over."

Dispatcher:
"Af-ter stop-ping. And after complying with the instructions in the release box. You have authority to pass signals displaying stop indication, main two eastbound. Over.

Trainman:
"..68 East after stopping UP crossing Rochelle, and complying with the instructsions in the release box has authority to pass isgnals displaying stop indication eastbound main 2, main 2, over.

DS:
"Cor-rect, ov-er."
