Those are great questions. When I asked about the GGRM move, the president responded "soon". Soon translates to "we have no idea". Is there anyone who lives up the that can go by the spur area to see if any prep for storage has happened? Like secure fencing, light green, a building for storage? Unless PLA says "you have x number of days to get out", I suspect that this move will not happen until next year.

As to Hearldsburg, I thought that the city was re aligning the intersection where 5 streets come together to make a traffic circle. Until the tracks are replaced through the circle no trains can get through town. If GGRM wanted a spot to relocate, the yard at Hearldsburg with the turn table would be where I would go. Get volunteers to help rehab the line north from there for excursion runs.
