It was the Southern Oregon Traction Company which operated streetcars in Medford. They had two single-truck Brill cars and a second-hand double-truck Kuhlman standard car acquired from Cleveland. The Kulhman car was the last to operate and it was parked to the west Medford parking spur before it quit after a burnt out motor. Over the years it was vandalized and exposed to the elements. Reports say it was picked up for salvage for the WWII scrap drive. No record as to what happen to the Brill cars.

I don't know of any passing track on the route to Capitol Ave, but with only three streetcars on the roster, there was probably no need for one.

Don't know if trolley cars ran the whole route from East Medford to Jacksonville, but service did make it to Jacksonville.

I find no reference that logs over the Bullis Logging Railroad ever ran on the P&E. The P&E came into Medford from the east.
