Thanks Tony for the information. I remember the tracks on Main St turning south on Lincoln to join the 8th street freight tracks. Little trace remains except the turn onto Lincoln where the rails sometimes show.
Still much evidence of the P&E around Butte Falls and have the plans the GN had for coming over from the east to join rails.
