And those "shacks" will have to be built to current code, with full insulation, electrical, and so on; a Heat Pump (to provide heating and cooling, while being energy efficient), full plumbing and a complete, ADA accessible restroom, and a kitchen/galley facility with at least a sink, refrigerator and microwave.
