Bob, SamTrans says in plain English that SamTrans owns the bridge ...

Hutch did not offer any links, but he did "quote" my post and the links that I offered. The Altamont Press "quote" function generally breaks what were working links in the original post. Refer to my earlier post to see the working links. And, yes, in my original #2 link, SamTrans did say that they owned the Dumbarton bridge.
