"What happened to their locomotives?"

At last report, all three SD38's remained in McCloud. #38 seems to have been the workhorse over the last couple years, with the #37 brought out on the rare occassions when they've needed a second locomotive. The #36 has not been in regular service for quite a while now and has been sitting in a dark corner of the shop for at least the last year and appears to be missing some parts.

I forgot to answer one question last night. There is a group in Burney that is working to turn the grade from just east of Burney to where it crosses the Pacific Crest Trail just south of the Lake Britton bridge into a recreational trail.
