Refresh my memory: When did CTA remove the heavy CNS&M catenary between East Prarie Road and Dempster Street in Skokie? Was any of it preserved? Rode the Swift many times in the 1980s and 1990s and miss the jointed rail and the old 1-50 series CTA cars.
