Locomotives and Harvey

While the bigger railroads moved out their locomotives before the flooding, I would think smaller railroads in the Texas flooding areas could not.So the question is, are locomotives destroyed or at least heavily damaged by being submerged underwater such as water in the full tank, corrosion to wires and water in traction motors...Anyone know the answer?
