South of Larkspur it would have to be accomplished BART-Bechtel-PB style, aka terre brulee. No prisoners. Possibly aerial right down the center of the freeway with mass Quantities of eminent domain. No loss, the 101 corridor is ugly as hell. What is the expression? "What would Jesus do?" he he What would BART-MTC do? Smash everything in your path, viz. Daly City.

Marin City is already well established as a transfer point. There one could transfer from SMART to bus lines to various parts of the City and beyond. Certainly GGT buses and Muni. Until the rail line is built across the Bridge.

When they merge SMART and GGT what do we call it? Best I can come up with so far is GGE - Golden Gate Electric. Wincot? Wine Country Transit?
