Goldfinger has it too. Goldfinger makes his getaway from Fort Knox by hijacking a train. Bond shoots a shoulder-mounted missile at the engine and hits it, but unfortunately there's two engines and he only disables one of them. (Not too realistic, in my opinion. A train engine takes a missile hit and doesn't derail? It's a small missile, sure, but still...)
