Let me add, I know there are very responsible fans out there, but so many have this "Yeah, those bums should be arrested, but I'm here because I know what I'm doing." And sure, you say "Oh, if I got hurt on the property, I would never sue the railroad." Yeah, you won't, but your insurance company will you when file the claim for the injury that sent you to the emergency room, whether you know it or not.

The latest trend that gives me such a kick is buffs putting on a safety vest they bought at WalMart and seeing that as blanket permission to enter railroad property. Then post the photos everywhere with "Taken with permission and proper PPE worn."
