The other nonsense statement that was a tip off is: "Is it because the ACLU is forcing the rails to accept the gangs and homeless under the threat of lawsuit?" Yeah, right, that's what the ACLU is all about. Don't know what civil liberties are? Look it up. For one thing it protects our right to stand on public property with our cameras. And our right to complain about the cops or the posts on this board.
I wonder if the owner of this board would agree to a volunteer moderator that would quickly delete the garbage that's invading this board? I nominate Bob2. And for those that will protest about free speech and the first amendment it simply doesn't apply. As long as the government is not limiting speech there is no violation. Every time you read a newspaper or a magazine you are reading edited "speech". If this board becomes over moderated for our taste we are free to seek our railway discussions elsewhere. Or better yet start our own.
