I just travelled through on the #5 last Monday. Sorry to say, but I slept through Elko, but the Winnemucca stop is a small aluminium/glass three-sides covered area along side the track on W. Railroad Ave., between Aiken and Lay Streets. you can see it if you zoom close on Google Earth. Don't know the stop if detoured through FRC.
