I see the plan is to make it a static display in North Bend. Hmm. My own view is that it should be the main tourist-hauling locomotive. The SCPC #2 demonstrated that an 0-4-0 is great for the tourist train.
The 1899 NP 0-6-0 they are restoring is really too rare and nice an item to be operated. It should be parked in the shed after restoration. Note that the Seattle Museum of Flight does not fly its restored rare birds.
