I would imagine its coming in 2000lb super sacks to be loaded on truck. I doubt they would put "NON GMO" stuff in a general pool hopper, unless there are hoppers out there for organic service only.

Also surprised this isn't coming through port of Olympia who does handle occasional break bulk imports of various kinds.
