There must be a bunch of clean hi-viz nearby because I see there are a bunch of corporate shills and management stooges from the Class Is here.

One thing you idiots never seem to understand is that it's not just the work we do that we are compensated for, but for the lifestyle we must live to do it. Most people couldn't handle it. If you want people to give their lives to the craft, the compensation for that has to come from somewhere. Most of you couldn't railroad your way out of a wet paper bag.
