"Teddy Domingo, a 57 year old resident of Honolulu HI, stopped to take photographs of parked train cars off National Trails Highway near Riverside Preparatory School in Oro Grande on Monday, 10/02/2017. He was standing on the #1 track of the BNSF main line when he was struck by a westbound train at 9:27 AM. He was confirmed dead at the scene. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is investigation the incident." [10042017 0800 SC]
