Please read proposed contract a little closer and you will see our coinsurance will in fact double from 5% to 10% ,deductibles will also double. Also copays for doctor visits will increase. Also prescription drug copays will double. We have not had a raise in at least 10 years account our COLA was given away. What we have been given just about covers the increases in healthcare and living expenses for a net increase of 0. These are facts that I have observed . I work very hard for my money and so do all of my coworkers.Maybe we should all work for free? Did you retire from Was mart? What kind of pension plan do they have? Some railroads offer their craft employees a 401k plan in addition to railroad retirement. Managers on some railroads get 3 pensions ,401k, railroad retirement, and a company sponsered plan. Enjoy your retirement.
