Possibly, PE at or somewhere near Santa Anita....prior abandonment in 1951, would be one guess?

ATSF delivered horses to Santa Anita in "horse cars" well into the early 70's at Santa Anita Station, with the track located just west of the old station. And later, after the 210 took out Santa Anita, IIRC late 69 (?), ATSF even built a "new" horse track by the Arcadia siding, over by Second Avenue, off of (extending the then unused) the former lumber company lead on the north side east of First Avenue.

As kids, we would try to never miss a horse train at Santa Anita, usually one or two REA express cars with horses and handlers, caboose and engine...had some great cab rides back to CQP's childhood home along the 2nd District with those crews...
