Nudge, you have to appreciate steel if you have experienced Sonoma Co. termites. I have and still do. I just had a steel workshop storage building erected and finished the interior myself to replace the one(allegedly redwood)that they totally consumed, including the wood furniture.

Those termites will probably adapt to pressure treated if the latter is around long enough to inconvenience them that much. Probably send in sacrificial platoons to fatally drill thru the green stuff to get to the good white stuff.
