Am I wrong though? The jeans, the shirt, and especially the beer, all retr, carefully put together. The train, retro, procured at some expense. It's a great photograph. But it could have used some prominently retro sneakers. The sneakers on there are modern ones, thus they are an anachronism. It's like when you're watching a movie based in say 1920 that has some sort of 1930's technology in it, or, like, a modern version of using a phone. If you notice it, it undermines the effect of transporting you back in space and time to a special place of wonder.

Not saying it's a bad photo at all. But the shoes are an anachronism and really stand out, and the photo would be EVEN MORE AWESOME with some sweet retro kicks, as the kids said about seven years ago. Don't know what they call shoes today.
