Fraud? You mean like the Justice Department bringing actual criminal charges against those fraudulently ripping folks off? Just for doing a mere bait and switch fraud like this?

Are you kidding? Why would you think that any company willfully defrauding their customers would cause the Justice Department to bring any actual criminal charges in today's America?

After all, Well Fargo's most senior executives engaged in a massive criminal fraud conspiracy, for years, to steal up to 3 million customers social security numbers (that would be 3 million counts of felony identity theft if you or I did it), and used them to open a couple of million fraudulent bank accounts (3 million counts of felony bank fraud), and instead of getting 15 million years in prison (which you or I would be sentenced to), they all got bonus's.......

Thank goodness Sammy and NS have lawyers, too. Because when it comes to corporate criminal fraud, America's government is now definitely, the best government that money can buy........
