Don,

I'm not sure exactly how much rail traffic that the SPI plant at Lincoin generates, but I believe that they ship both finished lumber (in centerbeams) and chips out via rail. They are worked by the Rocklin Rocket (works out of Roseville), I believe on the days it runs up to Oroville, but not positive there. I'm not sure where finished lumber heads to, but the chips are often run north to somewhere in Oregon via one of the manifests running on the Valley sub (MRVPD I believe is the current symbol that has this traffic).

For fun here is a shot from earlier this year of one of these manifest near OBrien with a loaded chip (likely from Lincoin) car 6th back from the power.
