J is correct that movements under 20 MPH do not require ditch lights. However, if the unit is EQUIPPED with ditch lights, then they need to be illuminated. (even if movement is less than 2 MPH)

Small shortlines that do not exceed 20 MPH anywhere on their system are not required to be fitted with ditch lights.
