Right.

I think what Graham's referring to - it's not obvious in his satellite view - is that the street on the west side of the Adeline Street overpass actually loops under the bridge and curves around to parallel it on the east side. The way the street on the west side looks in the image may mislead someone that there are (or were) tracks there.
