Unionized work forces care only about two things. Getting their hours and getting their check. Beyond that, unionized labor could care less!!!!! Non union Work forces, care only about two things, getting a check and getting as few hours as possible.... in that order.

The American work culture will never allow on time performance. The Work cultures of Switzerland and Japan demand excellence in all they do. Switzerland and Japan would never tolerate the unionized mentality of the American Railroad industry.
