UP EUG meltdown?

This apparently started well before the "turkey flu" hit with the official excuse being "congestion and lack of power"

It looks like the MPWRV schedules are either an absolute joke or the UP computer is lying.

MPWRV-21 shows nothing past Lookout since 11/23 with 89+23 Is it tied up in siding????
-22 still due out with 169+13 (I'd like to see them run this over the hill and on to Roseville)
-23 still due out with 107+14
-24 still due out with 11+5
-25 due out with 43+6
-26 due out with 54+9

It looks like they are several days behind getting these trains out. If the assigned counts are accurate, there could be 384+47 cars stuck at Eugene plus the 89+23 dead at Lookout? And this is just one regularly scheduled train. What other trains originate in Eugene and if they are that congested how are the accepting terminating trains or set outs?
