Are they the right 18 cars.

Surprisingly the yard at Eugene doesn't appear to be that congested so perhaps a lot of those cars are still tied up on the P&W and haven't made it to Eugene.

There is no question UP has the most incompetent managers, oops, forgot they are supervisors now.
