George, the AC-8s, AC 9-s and AC-10s were all the same
size. If one class would fit the Donner tunnels and sheds,
the others should, too.
Vertical clearance has nothing to do with it.
If not, why not? It's like saying this 13' 6" trailer
will fit under that 14' bridge, but another 13' 6"
trailer won't.
The tunnels were enlarged for the earlier ACs.
