CCT only has trackage rights to move light locomotives from the Port of Stockton to the CCT Lodi line. The Lodi line crew goes on duty at car barn. BNSF delivers the cars to Lodi line from Mormon yard and they also interchange UP traffic for the UP to the CCT. CCT keeps 2 locomotives at the barn for the operations. Crew operates to Lodi Monday Through Friday with crew on duty at 1200 CCT interchanges back to the BNSF in Stockton. BNSF has trackage rights over the CCT to make interchange with the STE in Stockton. CCT rebuilt the bulk of the B street trackage this past summer and install concrete panels.
