Another "Smart" reporter

Was watching the news early this AM on Fox 11 LA. There was a reporter giving interviews about the fire while he was standing on the railroad crossing at La Conchita. (A slide killed about 10 people a few years ago.)

He may have thought Atk trains were not running but what about work trains, hyrails, etc. You would think that some people, even in the news field would have paid attention to "Operation Life Saver".

Standing foul of any crossing is asking for it.
