This is the track in the middle of Jones Street, ends at McClelland Street where the old downtown yard used to be. There is a customer about 3 blocks west of that location. Although there is not a customer on that portion of track, there was a train that went through there about 2 months ago. Up to 8 years ago, trains ran through there daily when the rail yard was located downtown.
The KSBY reporter was trying to make a story out of nothing. That night the Thomas fire in Ventura got going and they should have axed that story and covered the fire.
