Re: Why hasn't Amtrak Sunset Limited Service been restored east of New Orleans???

Perhaps a better solution for passenger service east of New Orleans would be a separate daily day train serving Gulfport, Biloxi, Mobile, Pensacola, and maybe even to Ft. Walton Beach to serve the Gulf Coast casinos, resorts, etc., using New Orleans as a hub. Out in the morning, back in the evening, or one train set each way. A few coaches and a lounge. Superliner equipment wouldn't be needed. Just a thought.
