Can't get trains out of the yards due to a lack of power. Can't get the trains into the yards due to the yards being plugged. But that nasty terminal dwell figure starts rearing it's ugly head, so out the cars go, however to wherever. Just get them out of the yards... Now it's someone else's problem, right?

Ties and ballast are being dropped Fresno south currently. Going all the way to Traver. Also a rail project after the first of the year from Famoso to North Bakersfield. The circa 1966 SP Tracy CWR is going to meet it's maker.
