SJVR train at Irrigosa

Ok;

I was traveling southbound on California Hwy 99, scanner off. I find this SJVR train pointing southbound (SJVR 2046) in the siding at Irrigosa, three units elephant style (but bass-ackwards) & 80+ covered hopper cars (of I assume grain). Engineer on board, crew on ground. Did not see him move. I had to get going.

Can anyone supply context here. This is a ways north of Fresno. To get three units in Fresno for it Exeter had to send up an extra unit.
