Already moved. Locomotive in question is the former Polson Lumber/Rayonier 2-8-2 #2. It had been on the Mid Continental Railroad Museum for a lot of years, but relations between the museum and the #2’s owner had been souring for years, and recently the owner obtained a substantial judgement against the museum. The owner went looking for a new home, the Oregon Coast Scenic offered itself, the owner liked what he saw, so it was trucked from Wisconsin to the Oregon Coast back in mid-October.

Trains covered the move, as did a number of other sources.
